Local delivery to Byron Bay is easily arranged.

Get in touch before you buy for further details. Alternately, use the normal ordering method and your delivery will come to your door via Australia Post.

Classic Hoodie

 

Woman

The womens sizes are standard Australian sizings and dependent on your unique body shape, have a slightly more relaxed fit around the shoulder for paddling comfort than other rashies on the market. If you like a bit more room, go up one size.

 

Man

The mens sizes are generous standard Australian sizings, so if you like your rashie tighter, go down one size.

If you are unsure regarding the correct size for you, don't hesitate to get in touch and we will assist you.

 

Extreme Hoodie

Size is for age ie 3 y.o. would take a Size 3.

Handwash separately in cold water.

Rinse thoroughly after wear.

Never roll up when wet

Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry, dry clean or iron.

Dry in shade.

Avoid contact with suntan lotions, oils, rough surfaces, pools and spas treated with harsh chemicals.

Some colours may fade in sunlight and chlorinated water.

Some colours may be transparent when wet.

Personal data is collected to for delivery of goods only.

We do not store your financial details. All financial processing is carried out securely via PayPal.

Paypal use the lastest anti-fraud technology to help make sure your transactions are safe.

Options include credit card payment.

refund and returns

 

We want you to be happy, so be assured we will go out of our way to make this happen!

Our ultimate outcome is that you've purchased a product you love so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will cover the return shipping costs. Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean and resalable items with all tags and labels still attached will be accepted. Once the item is inspected on the above conditions we will provide either a refund or credit note. If your item is proven to have a manufacturing fault we will refund the item.

Please follow the steps below if you would like to return your garment:

1. Email info@byronrashie.com.au with RETURN in the subject line - if we can resolve this with a phone call please do ring on the BR mobile +61 418 227 964.

2. Outline your reason in the body of the email including your name and contact details.

3. Return the garment in an Australia Post Pre Paid Satchel to Byron Rashie, PO Box 1471, Byron Bay NSW 2481, Australia (domestic) or similar if international post from your country of origin.

4. Email a pic of your postage receipt as in Step 1.

5. Once garment is received and inspection is complete/conditions all met, we will refund to pay pal or credit note depending on your needs.
